Уроки, полученные за 60 лет фармацевтических инноваций: реферат
Abstract
На сегодняшний день, существует не более 4300 компаний, которые занимаются инновациями в сфере лекарств (новых молекулярных единиц [НМЕ] или новых биопрепаратов — далее по тексту сокращение НМЕ используется для обоих типов лекарств). Средний ежегодный выпуск НМЕ фармкомпаний постоянен и является таковым уже 60 лет. Из 1222 НМЕ, одобренных FDA с 1950 по 2008 гг., 1103 являются малыми молекулами и 119 — биопрепаратами (все терапевтические белки).
